The contract becomes vigorous at the moment you receive our order confirmation. This confirmation contains the relevant information of the items you have ordered. Terms of delivery
We only supply against pre-payment (on post-account, by credit-card or paypal-account, by cash-on-delivery) of the complete amount. The orders are worked on under normal conditions within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. This is an empirical value, which can vary however by arrears. A failure to deliver never leads to a reduction of the selling price. If individual articles are not available on stock, we make also partial deliveries at no extra costs.
The supply takes place by priority-post starting from Lucerne. Prices
Inide-music.ch is an online-shop specialized in independent produced music. This means that the items in most cases have a small circulation and aren't low-price products.
The actual valid prices are specified in the website. The dispatch and payment costs are to be paid specially. The legal VAT is already included in the price. Guarantee/Liability
We only sell original trade mark products from the factory. With the supplied goods the warranty is limited to one replacement. Requirements on cancellation of the contract or reduction of the remuneration are impossible, if a replacement is possible in appropriate period.
Objections for any lack to goods can be made valid in within 8 days. If the examination of the unsatisfactory goods results from culpable behaviour of the buyer (e.g. damage by inappropriate handling), in that case the buyer take over the cost of the replacement; for hardware damage, caused by the copy protection, we reject any liability. Complaints
Exchange is only possible with an incorrect delivery or manufacture errors. By returning the sending, the invoice/delivery note must be attached, otherwise no treatment is possible. For a damage during the delivery you must complain in within 48 hours, otherwise the requirement on a free replacement expires. Return because of not liking is impossible. Exchange
Exchange or withdrawal of tone, picture and information medias are not possible for copyright reasons. Exceptions see under ‘Complaints’. We cannot guarantee that certain products serve the purpose you wished. Likewise some products presuppose special hard and software configurations. In the case of doubt inquire before you order. After a non-acceptance of our goods, we charge all costs of delivery; repeated non-acceptance will have the consequence that we close the customer account. Privacy

The personal data is kept confidentially by indie-music.ch according to the data protection law. Indie-music.ch does not pass data on to third. The user data will under no circumstances be given out for foreign commercial. We are however obligated to cooperate, if we are requested for legal reasons to make customer information available.
